How do I track my order on eBay?
You can monitor the location of your order in two ways: 1) by visiting ebay.com or 2) by using the eBay mobile app.
On the regular site:
- Go to My eBay.
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to purchase history.
- Click on the item in question.
- Find the tracking code inside the green area.
- Click on the code.
- See the complete tracking information.
On the mobile app:
- Navigate to purchases.
- Click on the item in question.
- See the basic tracking details.
- Click 'More tracking details' to view the complete tracking information.

How do I track my order on eBay as a guest?
As a guest, you can track your order in the following steps:
- Find your eBay guest order confirmation email (the subject line starts with Guest Order).
- Select 'View order details'.
- Click on the tracking number.
- See a pop-up window with a carrier, a shipping id, and the current location of your package.
You can trace the status of your order only if the seller is shipping your item with a tracked postal/courier service.
Is an eBay seller required to provide a tracking number?
eBay sellers are not required to provide you with a tracking number since they are generally not required to ship with tracking. At best, they can state the estimated delivery time and the postal service they shipped with.
What is UPBE/UPAAB/UPAAC tracking?
It is the tracking of packages sent with the eBay Global Shipping Program. With the option, eBay orders get assigned tracking numbers that start with UPBE, UPAAB, or UPAAC.
